I stayed at the Drake the second time I was ever in NYC a couple of years ago (wintertime) - it was fantastic. I got a great rate of around $180/night that time. But, almost always their rates are too high and they never have any specials. Probably why they are closing down. Report inappropriate content. nywhiz.
